Every time i reboot my lg g4 i get the android is starting. optimizing app 1 of 1... and takes about 15 minutes to finish each time. i've tried booting into recovery mode to wipe the partition cache, but the phone won't seem to boot into recovery mode by holding the power button and volume down buttons on boot.. Hey guys, my phone is stuck in "android is upgrading. optimizing application 1 of 1" and all i can do is 1. apply sdcard/update.zip 2. reboot system now ( does not work coz it brings me back to optimizing apps ) 3. apply update from external storage 4. wipe data / factory reset 5. wipe cache partition 6. apply update from cache.

I got a notification for a small update today, around 19mb. after downloading and installing it the phone restarted. during the optimising apps stage that happens after an update it got stuck at 150/199 and it has been like that for the last 2 hours.. On my lg g4 my phone was doing app optimizing 1 of 4 and took about an hour to finish. i got it down to 1. 3 apps that i found out doing that were zedge, textplus, and truecaller. does anyone know about any other apps that are causing that. i'm not having this problem on my samsung note 3..
